This patch builds on 1.3.1 and brings even more improvements to the 📰 Newspaper System!

🔧 Applied Changes
🪖 Journals can now be owned by Military Units, Holdings, and Countries
🤝 Contracts now support Journal Ownership trades
🗑️ You can now delete your Journal
💬 Commentary replies are now counted and displayed in highlights + dashboard
🔙 Added a “Return” button in Journal Statistics
📝 Fixed text editor formatting (bold, underline, headers, etc.)
📊 Article polls are now visible when editing your post
🐞 Fixed a bug where commentary voting, article voting, and subscriptions were duplicated
⚠️ Gold Mine now warns that you must be level 10 to use it
▶️ Articles now support embedded YouTube videos
✍️ Fixed a bug with Holding name changes

Nushid People wondering what the new Ministry of Public Relations is: It's a new seat in the government with access to country's newspapers management (countries, holdings and MUs can have their own newspapers now). Admin forgot to add it in the changelog.
